The guys were expecting an inaudible blast from under the automobile, but something unexpected occurred instead. A flash of blinding light ripped through the night like a knife. To provide an analogy, it’s like a beam emanating from underneath the vehicle. Shock prompted a reflexive backwards movement on the part of the males. It’s dark, but where did the light come from?
