It Only Went Downhill From There
They would put their garbage cans in front of my driveway because they were not paying for garbage pickup and (somehow) thought his would be picked up in addition to mine by being in front of my house. I was mostly mad that I had to see their ugly garbage cans in front of my house (along with cleanup the inevitable garbage that would fall out on the ground).
Call the garbage company, mentioned what I could do. They knew about it, and immediately marked their records, and sent someone out to put the street number on the bins. From there it only went downhill.
