Looking Through His Things
Alice believed she was mentally prepared to handle Grandpa Tom’s estate and possessions a week after his funeral. Grandpa Tom left her everything as his only child. Although this might seem like good news, Alice was still overwhelmed.
She knew that her father had a tendency to hold onto a lot of objects, and some people considered him to be a hoarder. In order to decide which items to keep and sell, she planned to drive over to his house and go through all of his belongings.
