It Was Everywhere
Walking deeper into the cave, he saw more of this stuff. It was sticky like cobwebs but thick like cotton. In some parts of the cave, chunks of the stuff were hanging off the ceiling, while in others, they peppered the ground like powder.
For some reason, this strange stuff had Jerry on edge. He had never seen anything like it before, and if this was caused by whatever he was hunting, then that was a clear indication that whatever his prey was, it wasn’t one he knew anything about.
The thought sent a chill down Jerry’s back.
