All of a sudden, the school was getting a huge wave of complaints about the new dashcams. Some parents saw it as the school taking away the children’s privacy rather than as a security measure.
These parents didn’t understand what the school was trying to achieve with these new strategies.
“My child has never had to remove their shoes, but now you’re putting in spy cameras?” one mom raged in a letter to the school.
