How Rude!
Jeffrey couldn’t believe how rude this public servant was being. Was she criticizing his parenting skills by implying that he isn’t keeping his daughter’s shoes clean?
Kiki didn’t seem concerned by Jeffrey’s anger. “Her shoes are always dirty from the puddles she walks in, and I have to clean up the mess.”
“It’s a safety hazard,” she said.
