While the court was taking a break so that the judge could review the evidence, Officer Powell’s lawyers informed him that the case could go either way.
They had no evidence to prove that what the man said was incorrect, as the CCTV footage had no sound.
So at this point, it was Officer Powell’s word against that of the bakery owner. That was when the bakery owner said something he would come to regret.
