Barging In
“For your next test, let’s see how you guys fare with new haircuts,” the girl said. One of the younger girls burst into tears at the thought of cutting her hair, and the older kids just looked at her, no pity or sympathy in their eyes.
“Margaret, if you can’t handle this, then you’re not made to be in this group. Do you need to leave?” a teen said. The poor girl shook her head, and the older girl smiled as she approached Margaret first. She raised her arm with the scissors, but turned her head when she heard a “Wait!” scream from the other side of the room.
