His Last Chance
Andrei and Mihai stood outside the old building, their hearts pounding. Andrei asked Mihai if he wanted to back out, to which Mihai replied no; they had started this together, and they would finish it together. They stepped inside, their eyes scanning the dark, musty corridors as the air filled with dampness and decay. They walked cautiously, trying not to draw attention to themselves.
