She Fled the Scene
The young officer tells them about a young woman running off, at the very moment that Peter was released. Harry doesn’t believe what he’s hearing. Was she scared of Peter? Was she guilty of something? Harry couldn’t think of the daughter as anything but innocent. Was he right?
