Benjamin Guggenheim was so wealthy that his brother Solomon Guggenheim’s name is literally on The Guggenheim Museums and Foundation in New York City. Unfortunately, Guggenheim himself did not survive the sinking of the Titanic. His valet, Victor Giglio, also perished.
