A Mini Concert Experience
I was at a restaurant that had karaoke and my dad and his wife had already gone up and sung on the stage a few times. I finally grew the courage to say, “This might be fun after all, I probably won’t see these people again either.” So, I went up and sang all on my own for the very first time. I chose to sing “Welcome to the Black Parade” by My Chemical Romance.
The moment the song started, everyone began to cheer and yell. My hands were shaking while I was singing, but I started to loosen up as everyone began to sing along with me. It was so loud, but it was such an incredible feeling to hear a chorus of people singing together. I don’t regret it, and I’m glad I didn’t miss out on that experience.
