I’d been casually seeing a guy on and off for several years in college. He asked me if I wanted to take it to the next level. He seemed ready to get on the marriage track and I knew if we started dating, we would eventually get married. I liked him, but was way too nervous to take that step, so I said that I wasn’t ready and was happy with status quo.
