9. Major Donor, Major Entitlement
At an emergency room filled with people in need, a woman walked to a nurse and said, “He (her friend) wouldn’t want me to say this but he’s a major donor to this hospital. Is there anything you can do to have a doctor see him now?”
And I thought, “If he wouldn’t want you mentioning that he’s a major donor to this hospital… why did he ever mention it to you?”
