20. Entitled And Hypocrite
My friend’s son is exactly 1 year younger than my son. She complained that children’s clothes are so expensive and they need new outfits and shoes every 3 months (her son was 6 months old).
I said I’d be happy to pass on some of my son’s clothes as he grows out of them. She said, “Second-hand items are disgusting. I can’t demean my son by dressing him in someone’s sloppy seconds“.
Fun fact, her kid was adopted. That irony was not lost on me though I thought it would be offensive to say.
