44. Out of Pity
Had a weird, sinking feeling that something wasn’t right with the new friend from college. Opened his phone after he randomly changed the lock screen (he gave me the password drunk) and saw all the notes.
They were kind of odd, so I confronted him, only to be told I was crazy and it was nothing. Went to work and messaged her on Facebook since I now knew her name. Turns out he said I was away in the hospital and was pretending to date me for my mental health and that they could date for real.
We both confronted him, and she decided to date him again and slandered me. Just found out he cheated on her, though, which is some sweet justice.
