Showing Her True Colors
My grandfather’s brother married young and suddenlypassedfrom cancer at age 22. No one liked his wife but couldn’t put a finger on why. People began to figure out what kind of a person she was when she wouldn’t visit him in the hospital during his treatment. Hepassedwithin a month or two, and the cherry on top was the funeral.
She showed up dressed for a night out, wearing heavy makeup and the expensive fur coat my great-grandma gave her as a wedding gift. She then went on to hook up with two men in the basement of the funeral reception. The family never saw her again. Not dark, but despicable. I still don’t know her name, she’s unmentionable on my dad’s side.
