Like a Bad Penny
Whenever I was at work I would keep an eye on some of the coins I had in my till drawer that weren’t “legal tender” in my country.
This would be things like Canadian pennies that ended up in tourists pockets that are completely indistinguishable from American pennies at a first glance and other coins that are similar in weight and look to their American counterparts.
Some Euro coins even made it in the batch, but I had a great use for them. I would keep them just to make my work less of a hassle, after all, who wants to flag down a customer over just a few cents?
I would then give these to customers who were jerks to me in their change. Muahaha. Hopefully they tried to use them at other stores and were swiftly booted out. ScarletRhi
