I work at Starbucks and some of the rudest and most entitled people walk in there day after day. Not only are people impatient about their caffeine fix, but they don’t even cheer up once they have their precious drink in their hand.
There’s your run of the mill Karens who glare at you and complain about the company as if you’re the CEO, but teen girls know exactly how to strike a nerve without even trying. They always order the most complicated drinks and then sneer at you if it’s not up to their specifications.
I’ve noticed that the customers that are the biggest jerks are the ones who order skinny lattes or light frapps. On bad days, I’ll put whole milk in their drinks. Maybe the reason that they’re so mad is that they’re calorie deficient. TheSumOfAllSteers
