Petty Acts of Revenge That Seriously Draw the Line

When I was VERY little (like, 6yo or something, 29 now) I was at the dinner table with my brother (18 months younger than me) and he said something I didn’t like (I can’t remember what, it was over 20 years ago now!).

I don’t know what overtook me, but I still had the wild confidence of a young child so I didn’t think twice before taking my revenge. So I reached over, put my hand on the back of his head and rammed his stupid face into his dinner plate, covering his face in beans and tomato sauce.

My parents were obviously pretty upset with me, but I was so mad in the moment that I wasn’t really punished for it. Just remembering it right now is making me crack up, and this particular incident still gets brought up every now and then. thatbloke83
