Incredible Burn
This one guy and I got into an argument: He was being a real jerk and pretending to be more intelligent than he really was. People who are actually smart don’t usually feel the need to one up other people on matters of intelligence, so I decided to slyly best him with my own smarts.
We mostly knew each other online, so I knew I could find something that would prove my side of things in our shared internet history. So, I signed into an alternate account of mine and went into his post history.
I found a comment a few days old from a small thread in which he said something along the lines of: “It would take a lot of booze for me to sleep with a girl like that”. I replied, “Meanwhile, she’d have to take a fatal dose before she ever got inebriated enough to sleep with you”. Victory. GCS_3
