Breaker Breaker
Imagine hearing music so loud that you can’t tell which apartment it’s coming from.
One guy had enough of it all and came up with a clever solution. The electrical panel for the building was in the lower laundry room. As soon as the music started up, he ran down and flipped the switches until it stopped. When he pinpointed the culprit, he made a point of switching off the breaker every time the tunes got too loud.
