Spy Hubs
Things that people only know as “spy hubs” are tall buildings with tinted windows so no one outside can see in. They are owned by the NSA or National Security Agency.
No doubt these structures are also built to withstand explosives. It’s like something from a spy movie. Now, it’s pretty clear why the general public can’t just walk in without the proper clearance.
