Waking Up
Grant had been in the hospital for two years before he awoke. She was standing to change her playlist when he asked her to repeat the last song, which she had been playing in his room.
She did so before hurrying to the doctor’s office. After a few basic tests, it was determined that the individual suffered from extreme short-term memory loss as a result of his head trauma. The doctors promised him, however, that he would remember given time. They had no clue what mysteries he kept hidden in his mind.
