Won’t Stop Crying
The officers felt compassion for the baby as he had cried for quite a long time. One of the officers picked up the baby and tried to comfort him, but it didn’t go a long way to helping the baby. Since the neighbor had been hearing him cry all day, he was most likely hungry, and his diaper needed to be changed.
