No Police
In front of the parents stood the priest. “Send everyone home,” he instructed. “Before the cops show up.” He said in no uncertain terms that he wanted to save them the trouble of embarrassment. The parents, however, made one last attempt to persuade the priest to call off the police. They appeared to be scared for their own lives. What could be causing this anxiety? What kind of foul play did the priest just stumble into?
