The Vicious Sloth Bear
This image of a tiger and a sloth bear fighting serves as a reminder to all of us of the brutality of the animal kingdom. The fight began over the sloth bear attempting to steal away the tiger’s cub, which is a major no-no, and was observed by Akshay Kumar, the head naturalist at Bamboo Forest Safari Lodge in Maharashtra. The fight left both animals hurt, but the bear took less damage because of its thick fur.
