A Two-Toned Tiger
The orange, black, and white pattern of tigers makes them among the most recognizable felines in the animal kingdom. They are perfectly visible to humans in the jungle, a famously green environment, but their prey cannot say the same. Tigers hunt dichromats, or creatures with only two functional color receptors in their eyes. As a result, these creatures are red-green blind and unable to distinguish between green and reddish tones. As a result, it would be impossible to tell a tiger running through the jungle from a huge mound of leaves.
