Tigers In the Snow
Researchers believed that Siberian tigers were the only ones who lived in the snow until the late 2010s. They did not believe that Indian tigers did the same. It turns out that many of the enormous number of Indian tigers—which make up more than two thirds of all tigers on the planet—reside in the extremely mountainous region of Arunachal Pradesh on the country’s northeastern tip.
