Real Life Coincidences That Made People Question the Nature of Reality

It Felt Like a Movie

The only time I was ever in New York City was for New Year’s Eve. My cousin and I went on a whim from Philly and were completely unprepared. We decided to go to Times Square. Someone yelled out my name from the crowd.

It was like a dream come true. It was a girl I had worked with back in San Antonio six years prior. I also had a huge crush on her back in the day.

She was there with three of her girlfriends, and they had coats stocked with drinks and a hotel room a block away. It felt like the scene where Jenny ran across the reflecting pool in Forrest Gump. Story credit: Reddit / dettawalker
