We Don’t All Know Each Other
When I first meet someone, and they find out I am from Mexico, they almost always say, “I know someone from Mexico! Maybe you know them!” In my head, I think to myself, “Really?” There are over 130 million people in the country, and it’s really big, with all kinds of different cities and states and everything.
As all of these thoughts go through my mind, whenever they tell me the name of the person, it turns out I actually know them. Story credit: Reddit / arrozconfrijol
