Fired on the Spot
When I was an assistant manager at Zumiez, I had a sales associate who kept touching me and flirting with me. She was underaged. I was 20 and she was 16, but she would literally shadow me when we worked together. If I went to pick up something, she would run her nails across my back. The worst part? My manager did not believe me.
It was mainly because she was a really good associate and had the best numbers in the store for sales. But then one time, when I was closing the store with her, she tried to grab a big no-no spot.
