She Wants a Real Man
I’m a supervisor in a warehouse environment. A woman in her early twenties just started working for me. I’m in my early thirties, and a decade between ages is a bit much.
She has no concept of personal space. During the worst encounter that I’ve ever had with her, she popped up randomly rubbing against me. She also put a foot on my stool and leaned low to show down her shirt.
She talked about how she did not like her boyfriend and wanted a “real man,” because he’s useless. I’d mentioned having a wife several times despite not having one to try and put her off, but she’d be undeterred. I’m looking for a reason to fire her.
