His walk across America spanned roughly 3,000 miles—2,851 to be exact, from Asbury Park, New Jersey to Venice Beach, California. His daily routine involved waking up early in the morning, eating breakfast, meditating and walking for 8-mile bouts at a time. But, he wasn’t ever alone.
