More Than You Bargained For
My mom was showing our house to some potential buyers who were doctors and also happened to know a close family friend of ours.
After the showing, the doctors told our close family friend (who was also in the medical field) that our mom should go to the hospital to get checks done to see if she had multiple sclerosis.
It turned out that, sadly, she did have multiple sclerosis; but thankfully, our close family friend was able to be there with my mom to support her when she had appointments and stuff. Story Credit: Reddit/Charlesworths
