My neighbor called the authorities on my three-year-old daughter because she was WALKING too loudly at two in the afternoon on a Saturday. Another time, he tried kicking our door down because my husband flushed the toilet too late at night.
A number of other things happened that resulted in a judge granting us a “Do not contact” order against him, which he ignored twice within a month.
