We were doing long-distance while I lived abroad. He visited me with a plane ticket I purchased. Less than a month after, an old coworker of mine told me she saw him at a bar kissing and holding hands with another girl.
She confronted them, saying she was his best friend and that he was already in a relationship. His best friend was dating my brother-in-law’s friend, so he eventually got caught.
