I was a former Disneyland employee. It was a standard policy that no one dies in the park. Someone could be decapitated, but the ambulance would have to announce the death after leaving the park grounds.
Also, the Rivers of America ride was kept dirty to hide the tracks for the large boats. So much so that if 60% of a guest’s body is in with the water, Disney has to send you off to get a tetanus shot. Story credit: Reddit
