Field Trip to the Zoo
My husband was helping to chaperone a first-grade field trip to the zoo since no parents had signed up. We were having a bathroom break. I was still with the girls, and the boys were waiting at the tables outside with my husband.
One of the boys saw my husband’s phone and demanded it from him. My husband refused, so the boy asked, “Why can’t I see your phone”? My husband replied, “Because it doesn’t belong to you”. Then, the boy said, “My dad says if someone doesn’t give me something, I should snatch it from them”.
