Intimidating
Aisling and Terry tried to understand Jim’s viewpoint. He described the gruesome experiences pets had in their past homes which made them even more dangerous. When his daughter began crying, he gave in, letting them bring the pit bull home.
To protect her home, Terry wanted a dog that looked intimidating and dangerous. Her claim was backed up by Aisling’s newfound connection to the dog, which she explained to Jim.
It was impossible for Jim to refuse their request. However, trouble wouldn’t be far behind.
