At first, he thought that the truck’s arrival would prompt her to move but the woman was simply ignoring him. Her window was rolled up so he waved at her to get her attention. She rolled it down partially and yelled, “WHAT?” at him. He again explained that the truck needed that space to park. Her response, however, left him stunned.
