No Laws Were Broken
The supervisor, her boss and the police all stepped out of the building for questioning, leaving Gloria to think about what she had done. The police told Gloria that she shouldn’t take human remains out in public, but assured her that she hadn’t broken any laws. She agreed that her actions were extreme, but after hearing so many demands to speak to her father, she thought she might as well comply with the company’s wishes.
