No Luck
Going through what little supplies he has, Peter finds his small pickaxe and begins to chip away at the ice. Unfortunately, it’s pretty solid. It’s a long time before he even thinks about giving up, but given how little progress he’s made it’s just not worth it. He’ll probably freeze to death before finding anything.
