Ticking Sound
When they leaned closer, it almost sounded like ticking. The clearing made it difficult to find the source, but Teresa traced it to the back of the old house. It was clear that there was something or someone still inside. Mike was reluctant to go any closer in case it was a bomb. But Jonathan and Teresa couldn’t resist their curiosity.
