The Device
When she got some light into the house, Teresa saw that there was a small box hooked up to the wires. It didn’t seem dangerous, and she just had to know why someone had put a device so far out in the middle of nowhere. Jonathan was eager to help her open the tiny window, and she slowly reeled it in by the wires running under the sill.
