We had hoped to be in Canada by now, and had even packed up the van to do so, but due to the worldwide spread of the Coronavirus pandemic, which we’re sure you’re all aware of by now, we’ve had to postpone our trip to North America indefinitely (hopefully not too long). Since early January, we’ve been keeping an eye on coronavirus and were aware of everything that was going on; we had hoped to make it to Canada before the situation got worse, but as of this past week, the situation has understandably escalated into a global lockdown. Thank goodness our van wasn’t already halfway across the Atlantic when Canada closed its borders, or we might have been in a real jam.
