We’re Moving On to Greater Things
How much of our planet is still wild was brought home to me on that first road trip across the United States and Canada. Whenever I went camping by myself in the woods, or reached the viewpoint at the end of a hike without seeing another person, I would wake up to a spectacular sunrise over a stunning mountainscape.
So now I can do whatever I want, whenever I want. I Get to Decide on Whether They Are Entertaining, Athletic, Compact, or Quick. When I put the top down on my van and feel the wind in my hair, I feel like I’m reliving my youth all over again.
I deliberately limited myself to visiting only new locations, and it has been an unforgettable experience.
