Nearing The Woods
She saw that her dog enjoyed the chance to go out, perhaps needing the walk just as much as she did. He was a good dog and they would both have some time to enjoy a peaceful walk together.
She neared the woods, but her mind was signaling something, telling her something wasn’t right. She ignored it and convinced herself the walk would do her good. They continued down the path.
