Jack Emerges
Jimmy watched as Jack exited through a back door in the darkness. Jack had a gun in his hand. Oddly, Jack seemed relatively calm. But perhaps he was just in shock. Jimmy’s mind was racing as he tried to process what had happened. Had Jack shot a home intruder?
