Getting the Boarding Tickets
As quick as the hesitation appeared, it had now been brushed off. With a polite nod, she handed back the tickets.
“It’s just a little system glitch, happens sometimes,” the woman explained, their tone masking any underlying concern. “You’re all set. Have a great flight!” Laura’s worry dissipated as she gripped the tickets tightly. She had paid in full, and they were fine. However, this was only the start of her worries.
